May is Mental Health Awareness Month with the theme, “More Good Days, Together.”
Mental health is an important part of overall well-being, and this month is a reminder that support, connection, and understanding can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. During Mental Health Awareness Week (May 11–17), we encourage everyone to take small but impactful steps toward self-care, open conversations, and supporting those around them.
Together, we can help reduce stigma, advocate for equitable access to mental healthcare, and create more good days for our communities, our families, and ourselves.
