City Engineer Mike Etscheid recently explained the final plat for development of the Tall Grass RV Park to be constructed at East Route 6 and East 2625th (Whispering Pines) Road. The Marseilles City Council approved the final plat at the recommendation of the Planning Commission. The council also authorized Mayor Hollenbeck to sign the annexation
